How do I know what treatment to book?

If you are a first time client we recommend booking a consultation with one of our skin specialists. If you are a returning client and do not know what to book next, please call us. It is best to book your next treatment at the end of your appointment to avoid any confusion.

What happens if I am sick and cannot make my appointment?

We understand that these things happen, as long as 48 hours notice is given, we will carry your deposit over to our next appointment.

How to prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive on time, and with a bare face. If you are coming from work and cannot remove your makeup, a cleanser will be provided but please note this will cut into your appointment time. Please have a detailed list of products you are currently using at home, or bring pictures with you. Also try not to purchase any new skincare products before your first appointment as we will definitely be recommending a curated home care regimen for you.

What happens if I cancel or reschedule several appointments?

Due to our limited availability we reserve the right to terminate clients from our practice if they reschedule or cancel 3 or more consecutive appointments. Our advice is to not book any appointment until you are absolutely positive that you will be available.

How much should I budget for a first time appointment?

We recommend budgeting anywhere from $100-$500 if you are wanting to get serious about your skin. We prefer for each and every one of our clients to be on a full regimen curated by us, for optimal results. Great skin is 80% homecare & 20% treatment. Don’t worry if you don’t have a high budget, we will suggest products that fit your price range and will schedule you next for a treatment. We work with all budgets big or small, but be prepared to invest in your skin!

Can you tell me what happens during my Skin Consultation & Treatment?

Upon booking an in clinic consultation and treatment, you will have a 15-20 minute consultation with us to fill out your medical history, discuss your skin concerns and budget. We will create a treatment plan tailored for you and will be available online after your appointment with any follow up questions

Can you recommend products virtually?

Yes! One of our many skills is that we are a pro at curating effective and results driven skin care regimens. Please use our Booking Link to schedule a consult with Liana and make sure you have a budget in mind and a bare face!

Can I shop in salon for products?

Yes, however please contact us prior so that the team can confirm their availability and allocate adequate time for you. We are open Monday to Saturday: By appointment only. Late nights are Monday to Thursday
