How do I book an appointment with the Siobhan Hair Artistry team?

All appointments can be made via our booking link online, in person, or by calling KLIF Newport on 07 2103 5905

What if I’m unsure what I would like done to my hair?

If you are unsure what service you will need, consultations can be scheduled with any of the Siobhan Hair Artistry team to discuss your hair goals. You may just want a quick 10 min consultation to confirm your hair goals which can be booked anytime. Or for extra indulgence, a Luxury Consultation can be scheduled via our booking link, which includes your personalised consultation, wash, custom treatment and sleek blow dry finish.

I am currently using shampoo & conditioner from the supermarket, can I still get my hair coloured?

Hair care and the condition of your hair is our NUMBER ONE priority at Siobhan Hair Artistry. This means that you will need to be using professional haircare products before, during and after your service. Thankfully, we stock only the best haircare products on the market for our clients. We are an Original Mineral exclusive salon, a colour and haircare range that is proudly clean, vegan, organic and achieves a premium result.

Who do I book in with for blonde or lived in colours?

Siobhan is the Owner and Master Blonde Specialist at Siobhan Hair Artistry. She has a glowing reputation for her seamless lived in colours and bright bold blondes. Siobhan has spent the last 5 years perfecting her blonding & blending techniques and can customise your service to reach your hair goals!

What if I don’t want to be blonde?

We are so lucky at Siobhan Hair Artistry to have the best in the biz on our team! Amanda is our Senior Stylist, and has experience in all different colours such as blondes, brunettes, coppers and everything in between! She is also our salon hair extension specialist, who can bring your hair goals to life. Our Emerging Stylist, Charlie, is available for all your washing and blow drying needs. P.S She gives the most amazing relaxation head massages.

Do you offer services for men?

Absolutely! At Siobhan Hair Artistry we are lucky enough to have our Cutting Specialist, Colette on the team to service not only our female but male clients. Colette has 30+ years experience in the hair/barber industry and is able to create any style cut from classic to modern hair designs.

I have hair extensions, can I still have my hair done?

We are lucky to have Amanda, our hair extension specialist on the team! Amanda specialises in all methods of weft extensions, and can perfectly colour match to your hair colour.

Do I need to pay a booking fee for my appointment?

Booking fees are required for all clients to secure their appointment. This booking fee covers us for lost time in the case of late cancellations or no shows. Please refer to our Cancellation policy for more information regarding booking fees.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our Salons

Can I book into Newport yet?

You eager beaver! Not yet, but we are well underway in the midst of our fitout stage. We expect to be operating in Newport late 2022. To follow along and keep up to date check out @klif.newport on Instagram.

Which service providers will be at the Newport space?

All will be revealed soon, there are some very exciting new faces coming to KLIF and we cannot wait to share with you.

Where is your Redcliffe salon located?

KLIF Redcliffe is located within Fountain Court at Shop 5/141 Sutton Street, Redcliffe. We are in the same centre as Sushi Central. There is street parking at the front and a car park with ample spaces at the rear. Entry via both ends is available.

Can I take photos in salon?

Of course! Want to get a before and after pic? We can help, just ask. Upping the ante and wanting a TikTok/Reel transition, let’s do it. Remember to tag us in your masterpiece.
